After building the software, I successfully used it for two months.
Yesterday, the mobile phone couldn't connect, but the computer was able to connect successfully, but the IP hasn't changed. I haven't changed the settings, and I can't find the reason. Has anyone ever encountered this situation?

What was you using LT2P?
I know some manufactures has removed L2TP as an option

i used it through "setting-vpn",today i used it in openvpn,but the internet speed is much slower than before

Assuming all settings and configurations were correct and you did not change anything but your VPN stopped working it is ether
- Web Hosting of VPN server
- DataCenter of that Web Hosting
- Your ISP
Call / Contact them if they banned that port / protocol you are using.
If you are from Iran, for about few weeks, L2TP blocked by some DCs and Mobile Data providers. Even in domestic network it does not work.
