VPN not working

VPN not working
I've been trying to work remotely, but each time I try to connect to the VPN, it crashes and sends an error code 1 or 13. When using an ethernet connection, I have to restart my computer at least 2x so the VPN can finally stabilize and work. Could anyone please give me a solution for this? I've contacted my wifi provider, and they have assured me that it's not the wifi connection.
