SoftEther as OpenVPN client

Does the SoftEther client support the OpenVPN protocol?
Can I use the SoftEther client to connect to OpenVpn servers?
Can I import .ovpn files?

Hi, is it possible to connect to OPENVPN server using SoftEther client? Or is SoftEther server required?
