Customize Softeher VPN Client software with .NET

Hi,
Does anybody know how to customize Softeher VPN Client software with .NET? Since the client software is too technical and common user is not able to handle it? We intend to rebuild it with .NET in fancy user interface? We prefer to wrap the exist codes with .NET. Please advise, Thanks!
