Hello.
Is there MSI package to install via group policies in Windows Active Directory domain?
With kind regards,

No msi package for SoftEther as far as I know.
If you are business organization, you would be able to ask PacketiX(Enterprise edition package) for msi installer (They had provided msi, not sure latest status though)
Otherwise, it would be worth trying msi package by MS visualstudio since source code are opened to every one. As of 2025 March, that was very simple and not painful build such as linux/gnu make work.
It is AI era, you can ask many generative AI platform to complete make/building work on such wellknown OSS solution like SE.

AI slop-py SE version with missing bits of code may not be what the OP wants.
