VPN client connects to server, no access to folder shares

Hey all!
I have ran into an issue recently with a couple of vpn clients that can connect to the vpn server but cannot connect to network folder shares. Other users dont have this issue on their clients. Could this be an IP conflict issue? or the users home router?

any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Yes, their routers must be on subnets different to the server's.
