Which ICMP type does Softether VPN uses in VPN over ICMP connection?
Does Softether VPN supports ICMPv6?

SoftEther uses ICMP type 15 and 16.
SoftEther doesn't support ICMPv6.

In my firewall, I need to open both or which one is for inbound(to the server)?

First, SoftEther VPN uses 15, 16, 0 and 8.
Please allow these type.
