I am a new user (2 days) but this has already happened several times. I select a server from the list and all then seems to function correctly. After hours or sometimes only minutes of use, the connection is broken. There is a series or automatic attempts to re-connect but these fail so I cancel. From that point on, it is impossible to display the server list, even if I reboot (Windows 10 desktop PC). The only way I have found to restore normal functionality is to reinstall the software.
All other SoftEther aspects work fine but VPN Gate seems to be locked. Can anyone say why this is happening?

I have now discovered that, if I exit from the Connection Manager Program, all is restored to normal.
