PacketiX out of service?

I knew about PacketiX through some blog that had a link for the instllation file. I downloaded it and installation was done ok without a hitch,.and then tried to establish connection but but cant get connected?? I tried to connect another day but still no connection??
PacketiX's server not working at the moment? And that means PacketiX was discontinued now?

You need to activate your PacketiX VPN Server with a license key.
