local VPN without Internet

This software works very well in the presence of the Internet via the hostname.softether.net.

How about for a system without the Internet access? How could the SoftEther client connect to the SoftEther server if the ip address of the server is provided for a local area network with different subnet?

DDNS, NAT-T and VPN Azure function will not work without internet connection.
But other functions will work.
