Not sure how to explain this but I will be as in depth as possible. I have multiple offices most work just fine with connecting to the VPN server. However I have some that cannot even ping the vpn server, however I can hit my router and rdp sessions work just fine. Could this be a routing issue that is beyond my control? I've done resets as well as tried to run Traceroutes from the bad sites.
I am using the exact same client settings at all sites and as I said most sites work however there are a few that simply will not ping run a trace etc my server connections. However they know the correct IP when I ping it the issue is they will not resolve the connection.
The sites I am speaking of I can still hit my routers as normal and my rdp sessions run just fine.. Any ideas??
I have run both dhcp and static tests both work in some sites YET these particular few they do not.. I have also reset all remote routers and modems.. Still nothing.. Any input would be appreciated..

Does the VPN server run on Linux?
If so, there is a limitation.

Re: Unable to connect or even ping Server,
No it's running on Windows Servers, also I found out the issue I am having is a DNS issue. It's not the VPN itself it's our DNS controllers.. Still fighting on that one too.. ARGGGGGG
