Some regions stoped apearing

Hello
I have a problem and I don't know what to do. Yesterday I was using a server in Turkey to play a game but today when I go to VPN to connect to Turkey but I can't find the Turkish server. It would nice if someone could help ASAP.

A bit different question: are there softether public servers?

I assume you're talking about VPNgate? If you are then those servers are run by volunteers and may be down (for any number of reasons) from time to time.
