My language setting change arbitrarily sometimes

Hello, My OS is Win7 and system language is Traditional Chinese.
I set my softether language as English, however it shows Simplified Chinese sometimes.
I checked my options, it still English, but the UI becomes Simplified Chinese.
Sometimes not all the UI changes to Simplified Chinese, just dialogue box did.
Then I need relaunch the software to recover my language setting.
How can I fix it ? Thank you guys!
