VPN client said connected but my original ip still shows up

Hi, need help. I use client manager to connect to a relay server for VPN. It says i'm connected to a server but on server manager, it only shows localhost. I tried searching for solutions online, some of them said to enable secureNAT. but in my server manager, there isn't any button for it. I'm starting to get stressed and desperate for any kind of help. Thanks before
