Softether Push a Route to University of Tsukuba IP

Hello,

Today i found out that when i connect to my VPN server using Softether Client for Windows, a route is added to the route list, that route is to IP owned by University of Tsukuba

130.158.6.114 255.255.255.255 192.168.x.x 192.168.x.x 36

Once i disconnect the route is removed why is this route added?
note: i'm not using vpngate, im connecting to my own VPN server which has Softether Server installed on it.

The route is added on the client or the server side?
