Public VPN Servers Omegle Capture problem

I'm using SoftEther VPN Client Manager. Always all ip's from VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers have capture problem on omegle.com (after connect to ip omegle asks capture. after capture is another capture etc.).Anybody have solution?
