www.vpngate.net doesn't show

Not sure what's going on, but a month ago or so it started to happened
that when I go to vpngate.net to grab a fresh vpn address from the server list
the site doesn't show.
Instead I get this:
サービスを利用できません。

does anyone know what's happening?

Thanks for the clarification! that makes more sense now, I guess in years that I've been using this services I've never encountered this message, so I was stunt, I thought they's close the project.

Have you tried accessing the website with a VPN or a proxy?
