Howto create vpn tor android 15 without app? Help.

On Android 15, set up a VPN without an app:
Settings → Network & internet → VPN → Add VPN
Enter Name, Type (L2TP/IPSec or IKEv2), Server, Username, Password, Pre-shared Key
Save → Connect
Use IKEv2 for stability; ensure all credentials are correct.

Hold on - Android 15 does not support L2TP anymore and VPN Gate does not support IKEv2 yet, so what do you propose now?
