Replication of VPN Server

Post by Gerald Mabandos » Tue Jan 21, 2025 4:36 am

I am trying to replicate a VPN server, I copied all the settings but I cannot replicate the connection source,
The original Server connection source is host.docker.internal:50893 while the new server is BCP-HK01:56949 in which the BCP-HK01 is the server hostname. I think this difference is what made the user outside the network unable to connect to the new VPN server.

There is no "connection source" in vpn_server.config - ignore it.

To replicate a server you need only vpn_server.config file. As "connection source" isn't declared there, obviously it is irrelevant. In the context of your post it merely shows a Server Manager session.
