Cluster controller and IPsec/L2TP function ?

Hello everybody! I have created a cluster controller and several members. They have successfully connected with each other. But I found that the IPsec/L2TP Setting and OpenVPN/MS-SSTP Setting function are not available (the buttons are inactive). I can't activate it even through the command line, it responds with error 33 (unsupported). Do these protocols really not work in cluster mode? In cluster mode, is it possible to connect only through the SoftEtherVPN client?
