SoftEther VPN doesn't connect to any of the servers on the list.

SoftEther VPN doesn't connect to any of the servers on the list. Even pinging to these servers doesn't work. Russian ISPs may be banning these addresses. How can I fix this?

Also, if Tor works for you and you want a predictable IP...

Note "Typically Tor listens for SOCKS connections on port 9050. Tor Browser listens on port 9150".

SoftEther VPN doesn't allow you to change the port or protocol. Can the software developers provide this option for users?
