Site to Site between Cisco 3845 Router and SoftEther Server

Post by ga_vpn_admin » Tue Mar 03, 2015 12:27 am

Hello,

I am new to VPN but have a good networking experience. I am trying to setup SoftEther Server to allow our partner connect their Cisco 3845 Router to us. I want to know how I should configure SoftEther to achieve this objective.

Any pointers or help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Cisco 3845 and SoftEther VPN support L2TPv3.

Thank you for your response.

I have been struggling with the configuration and followed the direction with no success.

I need to configure the Site to Site VPN from the Cisco to SoftEther Server such that the private IP that I have been assigned on the Cisco side i.e. 172.16.x.x is natted to a Service running on the same server running SoftEther Server on Windows 2008 ..

Is this configuration possible .. the Windows 2008 has an internet reachable Address. Please help!!!!

Thanks,
