MyProgram = Server on port 7654 (and this can not be changed)
MyProgram = on non-private (not white, not dedicated) IPv4
MyClient = on private dedicated IPv4
MyClient controls MyProgramServer via port 7654 (and this can not be changed)
Question:
SoftEther VPN - can solve the problem of connecting MyClient from the Internet to MyProgramServer? If this is possible, how can this be done?
Important Condition:
SoftEther VPN on the side of MyProgramServer must be configured by the user with minimal computer knowledge and preferably completely automatically.
I would be grateful for any help.
Perhaps a monetary reward.
MyProgram=Server on non-private IPv4 - is it possible?

If you write the VPN installing manual, it may be possible.

What do you mean about "manual"?
If is this manual for user... then
The level of my users is very low - they will not be able to customize the settings themselves. My users need a fully automatic installation.
Or is it install script? ...

Please try "Easy Installer Creator" of SoftEther.
You can find it in start menu of Windows.
