Cannot create Virtual adapters in Windows 8

I am getting an error while creating Virtual Adapters in Windows 8. I recently installed windows 8 and I download a fresh client today. I ran it Administrator permissions.

Any idea??

I thought VPN1 is reserved so you have to use VPN2 etc.

Figured it out. Had to login into the hidden administrator's account on windows 8

I installed the driver using that way

Most of the time 'run as administrator' is sufficient.
