How to open Softether on Mac

I downloaded softether for Mac, but I cant see any sign of an app which can be used to setup the vpn server

You have two options:
1. Use the VPN Manager for Windows (you have to run it on any Windows OS machine)
2. Use vpncmd http://www.softether.org/4-docs/1-manua ... y_(vpncmd)
