i cant connect L2TP/IPSec on mac os x

i followed the tutorial on the site and kept getting a 'A connection could not be established to the PPP serere. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator'. How do i fix this?

Did you configure port forward on your network route?
