Internal devices receiving IP addresses from SoftEther

I have had 4 clients (out of about 50) complain that as soon as SoftEther is installed, with SecureNAT, on the server, that internal W10 systems are being issued IP addresses from the SoftEther pool in the SecureNAT settings.

Any common issues to check, or best practices?
