SoftEther VPN Server migration from one server 2012 R2 to server 2025

Hi All,

Sorry if this question has been asked before.
SoftEther is installed on a 2012 R2 domain controller. We are upgrading the servers to 2025 and i want to move SoftEther to a member server not the domain controller.
Our users configure the VPN on their laptops from Network & internet > VPN > Add VPN. The server address is example.example.com (not real address) VPN type is SSTP then they enter their active directory username and password to connect.
What would be the steps to migrate this to our 2025 member server?
